All of our candles and wax melts are handcrafted in small batches. Because these products are made by hand, slight variations in color, appearance, scent strength, and minor surface imperfections (such as frosting, uneven tops, or wet spots on glass jars) are normal characteristics of natural wax and do not affect the quality or performance of the candle.

- Burning Instructions: Always trim the wick to 1/4 inch before lighting. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from drafts, children, pets, and flammable objects.
- Container Safety: Do not burn a candle down to the very bottom; extinguish the flame when 1/2 inch of wax remains to prevent the container from possible overheating or cracking.
4. WARM WEATHER & SUMMER SHIPPING POLICY
Because our candles are crafted from natural wax, they are highly sensitive to extreme temperatures.

- Transit Risks: During warm weather seasons, candles risk softening or melting if left inside hot transit vehicles or on sunny porches for extended periods.
- Customer Responsibility: We carefully monitor shipping schedules to minimize weekend transit time, but it is the buyer's responsibility to track their package and retrieve it immediately upon delivery to prevent heat damage. We are not responsible for packages left outside in the heat.
